PACE Evaluation Framework #

Evaluates personality and culture fit. Ensures individuals exercise good judgment, embrace change, work well with others, and uphold integrity. Passing requires no weak traits; toxic or dishonest profiles are filtered out automatically.


Pragmatic (P) #

  1. Unrealistic, poor judgment
  2. Impractical, overcomplicates
  3. Generally realistic, functional
  4. Clear thinker, balanced judgment
  5. Extremely practical, reliable

Adaptable (A) #

  1. Rigid, resists change
  2. Reluctant to change
  3. Adjusts with effort
  4. Welcomes new perspectives
  5. Thrives in change, proactive

Collaborative (C) #

  1. Toxic, undermines, ego-driven
  2. Self-centered, poor cooperation
  3. Works in teams when needed
  4. Supportive, values input
  5. Elevates team, humble, empowering

Ethical (E) #

  1. Dishonest, manipulative
  2. Cuts corners, self-serving
  3. Generally fair and honest
  4. Trusted, consistent integrity
  5. Highly principled, inspires trust

Scoring Rules #

  • Fail → any score = 1
  • Poor → no 1s, but at least one 2
  • Pass → all ≥ 3, average ≥ 3.0, min ≥ 3
  • Great → all ≥ 3, average ≥ 4.0, min ≥ 3 (not Exceptional)
  • Exceptional → average ≥ 4.5, min ≥ 4, at least two 5s
