Scoring Rules #
- Fail → any score = 1
- Poor → no 1s, but at least one 2
- Pass → all ≥ 3, average ≥ 3.0, min ≥ 3
- Great → all ≥ 3, average ≥ 4.0, min ≥ 3 (not Exceptional)
- Exceptional → average ≥ 4.5, min ≥ 4, at least two 5s
